Barford Care provides a high level of therapeutic care for traumatised young people from the ages of 8-18. We have high quality homes that provide a facilitative environment of care and responsibility.

Education
Barford Education caters for pupils with emotional and behavioral difficulties who have found it difficult to achieve their full potential in the mainstream sector. We are very aware of the range of issues that causes many young people to become disaffected with school.
The educational environment and the curriculum are both highly structured. Our focus is to provide clear opportunities to succeed

Therapy
We have a designated building in a lovely environment for therapy which includes a purpose built family room, a group room an art room for 1-1 sessions.
Our team includes the director of therapeutic care, a family therapist, two integrative psychotherapists and a creative arts therapist. Our team manages behavior, whilst maintaining a psychological attitude to the underlying trauma.
